We strive to make sure our products are of the highest quality at all times. However, if you receive a product that has a defect, we will gladly repair or replace it promptly. A receipt is required and the product must be in the original new condition with tags in place. We do not accept returns on any custom orders. Returns must be within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must contact us directly to receive an authorized return credit before you return the product. The authorization code must be mailed with the product with your name and address.
We will pay the shipping fees if there is a defect or mistake on our part only. We will not pay shipping fees for a return on your part.
We will credit the back the cost of the product plus taxes to the original method of payment on returns. Expect to see refund credited to your account within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
